プライバシーポリシー(日本語)
本ポリシーは、白川秋(以下「運営者」)が提供するスマートフォンアプリ「くまモビ - 熊本観光マップ&乗換案内」(以下「本アプリ」)における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。
1. 基本方針
本アプリは、熊本県内の公共交通機関(バス・市電・電車)のルート検索、時刻表・運賃・リアルタイム運行情報の閲覧、観光スポットの案内、スタンプラリー機能、クーポン機能を提供します。
ルート検索および時刻表の処理はすべてお客様の端末内で完結します。 検索した出発地・目的地・検索結果、閲覧した時刻表の内容が運営者のサーバーや第三者に送信されることはありません。
氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスなどの個人を特定できる情報を収集、保存、または第三者と共有することはありません。
2. 端末内にのみ保存される情報
以下の情報はお客様の端末内にのみ保存され、端末外に送信されることはありません。本アプリをアンインストールすることで削除されます。
- 言語設定、効果音・通知のオン/オフなどのアプリ設定
- 取得済みスタンプの記録(どのスポットをいつ取得したか)
- クーポンの使用済みスタンプ(どのクーポンを使用済みにしたか)
- 経路検索の履歴・お気に入り(直近の検索条件)
- チケットの有効期限の控え(第5項参照)
- 時刻表・停留所・経路形状などの交通データ(アプリに同梱)
3. 匿名で送信される情報
本アプリはサービス改善および観光動向の把握を目的として、以下の情報を Google LLC が提供する Firebase に送信します。いずれも個人を特定できる情報を含みません。
3-1. 利用状況(匿名ID単位)
初回起動時に Firebase Authentication の匿名認証によりランダムな識別子(匿名ID)が発行されます。この識別子は端末に紐づくものであり、氏名やメールアドレスなど個人情報とは一切結び付いていません。
匿名IDに紐づけて記録される情報は次のとおりです。
- アプリの起動回数、最終利用日時
- 選択されている表示言語
- アプリのバージョン
- ルート検索の実行回数
- 観光スポットの詳細を開いた回数
- チケットの保有状態(種別・有効期限。第5項参照。氏名・決済情報は含まれません)
3-2. スポットの訪問統計(個人と結び付かない集計値)
スタンプを取得した際、そのスポットの訪問者数を集計します。この集計には匿名IDを含む一切の識別子を保存していません。 記録されるのは以下の統計値のみです。
- スポットごとの累計訪問者数
- スポットごと・表示言語ごと(日本語・英語・繁体字・タイ語)の訪問者数
- 日別の訪問者数
- 最終訪問日時
この統計は「どの観光地が、どの言語圏の方に、どれだけ利用されているか」を把握するためのものです。個々のお客様の行動履歴を追跡するものではなく、集計値から特定の個人を識別することはできません。
将来的に、この統計情報を観光施策の検討資料として自治体・観光事業者等へ提供する可能性がありますが、その場合も集計値のみを扱い、個人を特定できる情報が含まれることはありません。
3-3. クーポンの使用統計(個人と結び付かない集計値)
クーポンを使用済みにした際、そのクーポンの使用数を集計します。訪問統計と同様に、この集計には匿名IDを含む一切の識別子を保存していません。 記録されるのは、クーポンごとの累計使用数、表示言語ごとの使用数、日別の使用数、最終使用日時のみです。
この統計は、クーポンを提供いただいている店舗・施設への実績報告(何件利用されたか)に、集計値のみの形で提供することがあります。個々のお客様がいつどの店舗を利用したかを特定できる情報は含まれません。
3-4. お知らせの取得
運営者からのお知らせを表示するため、Firebase Firestore から告知データを受信します。この通信で送信される情報はありません(受信のみです)。
Firebase におけるデータの取り扱いについては、Google のプライバシーポリシー(https://policies.google.com/privacy )をご確認ください。
4. プッシュ通知
本アプリは、お知らせ・運行情報をプッシュ通知でお届けする機能を提供しています。通知は初期状態ではオフで、設定画面でオンにした場合にのみ有効になります(オンにする際、端末の通知許可を求めるダイアログが表示されます)。
通知の配信には Firebase Cloud Messaging(Google LLC)を使用します。通知をオンにすると、選択中の表示言語に対応する配信グループ(トピック)への登録と、配信に必要な端末トークンが Firebase 上で管理されます。これらは個人を特定できる情報と結び付いていません。
通知はいつでも、本アプリの設定画面または端末の設定からオフにできます。
5. チケットの購入(アプリ内課金)
本アプリの一部機能(スタンプラリー・観光スポット詳細)は、期間チケット(買い切り・自動更新なし)の購入により利用できます。
- 決済は Google Play が処理します。運営者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報や購入者の氏名を受け取ることはありません。
- 運営者が扱うのは、購入されたチケットの種別と有効期限、および Google Play が発行する購入トークン(機能の解錠と「購入の復元」に必要な情報)のみです。
- チケットの有効期限は、第3-1項の匿名IDに紐づけて記録されます(機種変更時の参照およびサービス改善のため)。
Google Play における購入情報の取り扱いは、Google のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
6. 位置情報の利用
本アプリは以下の目的で端末の位置情報を利用します。利用にあたっては、お客様の許可を求めるダイアログが表示されます。
- 現在地を出発地としたルート検索
- 地図上への現在地の表示
- スタンプラリーにおける現地判定(スポットの近くにいるかの確認)
取得した位置情報は端末内での処理にのみ使用され、運営者のサーバーや第三者に送信・保存されることはありません。 位置情報の利用を許可しない場合でも、停留所名を指定したルート検索など、位置情報を必要としない機能はご利用いただけます。
位置情報の許可は、端末の設定画面からいつでも変更できます。
7. 外部サービスとの通信
本アプリは以下の外部サービスと通信します。

8. 広告およびトラッキング
本アプリは広告を表示しません。また、広告目的のトラッキング、行動履歴の収集、第三者へのデータ販売を目的とした個人情報の取得は一切行いません。
9. 児童のプライバシー
本アプリは全年齢を対象としていますが、個人情報を収集しない設計であるため、13歳未満の児童から個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
10. データの削除
- 端末内のデータ(設定・スタンプ記録・クーポン使用記録・検索履歴)は、本アプリをアンインストールすることで削除されます
- 匿名IDに紐づく利用統計の削除をご希望の場合は、第12項の連絡先までお問い合わせください。ただし匿名IDは端末側でのみ確認可能なため、削除依頼の際は設定画面に表示される情報をお知らせください
- 第3-2項の訪問統計および第3-3項のクーポン使用統計は個人と結び付かない集計値であるため、特定の個人分のみを削除することはできません
- チケットの購入履歴の削除は Google Play アカウント側の管理に従います
11. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更や本アプリの機能追加に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリ内のお知らせ機能またはアプリの更新情報にてご案内します。

This policy describes how user information is handled in the smartphone application "Kumamobi - Kumamoto Tourist Map & Transit" (the "App"), provided by Aki Shirakawa (the "Operator").
1. Basic Policy
The App provides route search for public transportation in Kumamoto Prefecture (buses, trams, and trains), timetables, fares, realtime service information, tourist spot information, a stamp rally feature, and coupons.
All route search and timetable processing is completed entirely on your device. Your searched departure points, destinations, search results, and viewed timetables are never transmitted to the Operator's servers or any third party.
The App does not collect, store, or share with third parties any personally identifiable information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses.
2. Information Stored Only on Your Device
The following information is stored only on your device and is never transmitted externally. It is deleted when you uninstall the App.
- App settings such as language preference, sound effects, and notification on/off
- Records of collected stamps (which spots were collected and when)
- Coupon redemption marks (which coupons you have marked as used)
- Route search history and favorites (recent search conditions)
- A local copy of your ticket expiry (see Section 5)
- Transit data such as timetables, stops, and route shapes (bundled with the App)
3. Information Transmitted Anonymously
For the purposes of service improvement and understanding tourism trends, the App transmits the following information to Firebase, provided by Google LLC. None of this includes personally identifiable information.
3-1. Usage Statistics (per anonymous ID)
On first launch, a random identifier (anonymous ID) is issued via Firebase Authentication's anonymous sign-in. This identifier is tied to your device and is not linked to any personal information such as your name or email address.
The following information is recorded in association with the anonymous ID:
- Number of app launches and last usage date
- Currently selected display language
- App version
- Number of route searches performed
- Number of times tourist spot details were opened
- Ticket ownership status (type and expiry; see Section 5. No name or payment details are included)
3-2. Spot Visit Statistics (aggregate values not linked to individuals)
When you collect a stamp, the number of visitors to that spot is tallied. No identifier, including the anonymous ID, is stored with these tallies. Only the following aggregate values are recorded:
- Cumulative visitor count per spot
- Visitor count per spot by display language (Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Thai)
- Daily visitor count
- Last visit timestamp
These statistics are intended to understand which tourist destinations are used, by speakers of which languages, and to what extent. They do not track the behavior of individual users, and no individual can be identified from the aggregate values.
In the future, these statistics may be provided to local governments or tourism operators as reference material for tourism policy. In such cases, only aggregate values will be shared, and no personally identifiable information will be included.
3-3. Coupon Usage Statistics (aggregate values not linked to individuals)
When you mark a coupon as used, the usage count for that coupon is tallied. As with visit statistics, no identifier, including the anonymous ID, is stored with these tallies. Only the cumulative usage count per coupon, usage count by display language, daily usage count, and last usage timestamp are recorded.
These aggregate statistics may be shared, in aggregate form only, with the stores and facilities that provide coupons as usage reports (how many times a coupon was used). They contain no information that could identify when a specific customer visited a specific store.
3-4. Retrieving Announcements
To display announcements from the Operator, the App receives announcement data from Firebase Firestore. No information is sent during this communication (receive only).

4. Push Notifications
The App can deliver announcements and service alerts via push notifications. Notifications are off by default and are enabled only when you turn them on in the settings screen (a system permission dialog will be shown at that time).
Notifications are delivered using Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC). When notifications are enabled, your device is registered to a delivery group (topic) corresponding to your selected display language, and a device token required for delivery is managed by Firebase. Neither is linked to personally identifiable information.
You can turn notifications off at any time from the App's settings screen or your device settings.
5. Ticket Purchases (In-App Purchases)
Some features of the App (the stamp rally and detailed tourist spot pages) are unlocked by purchasing a period ticket (one-time purchase, no auto-renewal).
- Payments are processed by Google Play. The Operator never receives payment details such as credit card numbers, or the purchaser's name.
- The Operator handles only the type and expiry of the purchased ticket and the purchase token issued by Google Play (information required to unlock features and to "Restore purchases").
- Your ticket expiry is recorded in association with the anonymous ID described in Section 3-1 (for reference across device changes and for service improvement).

6. Use of Location Information
The App uses your device's location for the following purposes. A permission dialog will be displayed before use.
- Route search using your current location as the departure point
- Displaying your current location on the map
- On-site verification for the stamp rally (confirming you are near a spot)
Location information obtained is used only for processing within your device and is never transmitted to or stored on the Operator's servers or any third party. Even if you decline location permission, you can still use features that do not require location, such as route search by specifying stop names.
You can change location permissions at any time from your device settings.
7. Communication with External Services
The App communicates with the following external services:

8. Advertising and Tracking
The App does not display advertisements. It also does not perform any tracking for advertising purposes, collect behavioral history, or obtain personal information for the purpose of selling data to third parties.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for all ages. As it is designed not to collect personal information, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Data Deletion
- Data on your device (settings, stamp records, coupon redemption marks, and search history) is deleted when you uninstall the App
- If you wish to delete usage statistics associated with your anonymous ID, please contact us using the information in Section 12. Note that the anonymous ID can only be confirmed on the device side, so please provide the information shown in the settings screen when requesting deletion
- Visit statistics (Section 3-2) and coupon usage statistics (Section 3-3) are aggregate values not linked to individuals, so it is not possible to delete only a specific individual's portion
- Deletion of ticket purchase history is managed through your Google Play account
11. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be revised in response to changes in laws or the addition of features to the App. In the event of significant changes, we will provide notice via the App's announcement feature or the app update information.
