プライバシーポリシー（日本語）

本ポリシーは、白川秋（以下「運営者」）が提供するスマートフォンアプリ「くまモビ」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。

1. 情報の収集と端末内での利用

本アプリは、熊本県内の公共交通機関（バス・市電・電車）のルート検索と観光スポットの案内機能を提供します。ルート検索（経路探索）はすべてユーザーの端末内で処理され、検索した出発地・目的地・検索結果が運営者のサーバーや第三者に送信されることはありません。

本アプリの動作のために必要な以下の情報は、ユーザー自身の端末内にのみ保存され、端末外に送信されることはありません。これらは本アプリをアンインストールすることで削除されます。

• 言語設定などアプリ動作上の各種設定
• 時刻表・停留所・経路形状などの交通データ（アプリに同梱）

氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスなどの個人情報を収集、保存、または第三者と共有することはありません。次項以降に記載する外部サービスへの最小限の送信を除き、ユーザーの意図しない情報送信は行いません。

2. 外部サービス（Firebase）への送信情報

本アプリは、利用状況の把握のために、Google LLCが提供するクラウドサービス「Firebase」（Firebase Authentication および Cloud Firestore）を利用します。

本アプリの初回起動時に、Firebase Authenticationの匿名認証機能により、利用状況の管理のための匿名の識別子（以下「匿名認証ID」）が自動的に発行されます。匿名認証IDはFirebaseがランダムに発行する文字列であり、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報を含まず、このID単独で特定の個人を識別することはできません。

Firebaseには以下の情報が登録されます。

• 匿名認証ID（登録情報の識別キーとして利用します）
• OSの種別（Android / iPhone）、アプリのバージョン
• 選択している言語設定
• 初回登録日時および最終起動日時
• 機能の利用回数（ルート検索の実行回数、観光スポット情報の閲覧回数等の数値）

これらの情報は、アプリの利用状況の把握と改善のみを目的として利用します。ルート検索の内容（出発地・目的地・検索結果）、現在地の位置情報、端末固有の識別子（広告ID、IMEI等）がFirebaseに送信されることはありません。

Firebaseにおける情報の取り扱いについては、Googleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

これらの情報はFirebase上に保存されるため、アプリのアンインストールでは自動的に削除されません。削除をご希望の場合は、第8項のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。確認のうえ、速やかに削除します。登録情報は匿名認証IDのみに紐づく、特定の個人を識別できない情報として保存されています。

3. 位置情報の利用について

本アプリは、ユーザーの許可を得たうえで、端末の位置情報を以下の目的にのみ利用します。

• 地図上での現在地の表示
• 現在地から最寄りの停留所を探し、ルート検索の出発地とするため

位置情報の処理はすべて端末内で行われ、現在地が運営者のサーバー・Firebase・その他の第三者に送信・保存されることはありません。位置情報の利用は端末の設定からいつでも無効にでき、その場合も停留所名を直接指定してルート検索をご利用いただけます。

4. 地図タイルの取得について

本アプリの地図表示には、オープンソースの地図配信サービス「OpenFreeMap」（MapLibre）を利用しています。地図の表示に際して、表示範囲の地図画像（タイル）を取得するための通信が発生し、通信の性質上、IPアドレス等の接続情報が同サービスに送信されます。運営者がこの通信内容を取得・保存することはありません。地図データは © OpenStreetMap contributors によるものです。

5. 公共交通データの出典について

本アプリが利用する時刻表・停留所等の公共交通データは、各交通事業者が公開するGTFSデータ（CC BY 4.0 または 公共データ利用規約 PDL1.0）に基づいています。出典の詳細はアプリ内「設定 → データ提供元」に記載しています。これらのデータはアプリに同梱されており、利用時に外部へ通信することはありません。

6. アプリの権限について

本アプリが Android 端末上で必要とする主な権限は以下のとおりです。

• 位置情報（おおよその位置・正確な位置）: 現在地の表示と最寄り停留所の検索に使用します（第3項参照）
• インターネット通信: 地図タイルの取得（第4項）およびFirebaseとの通信（第2項）に使用します

本アプリはマイク・カメラ・連絡先・電話帳その他のユーザーの個人情報にアクセスする権限を要求しません。

7. ポリシーの改定について

本ポリシーの内容は、機能の追加・変更に伴い改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内またはストアの説明でお知らせします。

Privacy Policy (English)

This Privacy Policy describes how Aki Shirakawa (the "Operator") handles user information in the smartphone application "Kumamobi" (the "App").

1. Information Collected and On-Device Processing

The App provides public transit route search (bus, tram, and train) and tourist spot guidance for Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan. All route searches are processed entirely on the user's device. The origin, destination, and search results are never sent to the Operator's servers or to any third party.

The following information required for the App to function is stored only on the user's own device and is never transmitted outside the device. It is deleted when the App is uninstalled.

• App settings such as language preference
• Transit data bundled with the App (timetables, stops, and route shapes)

The App does not collect, store, or share personal information such as your name, address, phone number, or email address. Apart from the minimal transmissions to external services described in the following sections, no information is sent without the user's knowledge.

2. Information Sent to External Services (Firebase)

The App uses "Firebase" (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore), a cloud service provided by Google LLC, to understand overall usage of the App.

When the App is launched for the first time, an anonymous identifier (the "Anonymous Auth ID") is automatically issued by Firebase Authentication's anonymous sign-in feature for usage management. The Anonymous Auth ID is a randomly generated string issued by Firebase. It contains no personal information such as your name or email address, and it cannot identify a specific individual on its own.

The following information is registered with Firebase:

• Anonymous Auth ID (used as the key for the registered record)
• OS type (Android / iPhone) and App version
• Selected language setting
• Date and time of first registration and most recent launch
• Feature usage counts (numeric values such as the number of route searches performed and tourist spot views)

This information is used solely to understand and improve how the App is used. The content of route searches (origins, destinations, and results), your device's location, and device-specific identifiers (such as advertising IDs or IMEI) are never sent to Firebase.

For details on how Firebase handles information, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.

Because this information is stored on Firebase, it is not automatically deleted when the App is uninstalled. If you would like it deleted, please contact us as described in Section 8, and we will delete it promptly after confirmation. The registered information is stored solely in association with the Anonymous Auth ID and cannot identify a specific individual.

3. Use of Location Information

With the user's permission, the App uses the device's location only for the following purposes:

• Displaying your current location on the map
• Finding the nearest stops to your current location to use as the origin for route search

All location processing is performed on the device. Your location is never sent to or stored on the Operator's servers, Firebase, or any other third party. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings; route search remains available by entering stop names directly.

4. Map Tile Retrieval

The App uses "OpenFreeMap" (MapLibre), an open-source map service, to display maps. Displaying the map requires network requests to retrieve map images (tiles) for the visible area, and by the nature of such communication, connection information such as your IP address is sent to that service. The Operator does not obtain or store the content of this communication. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors.

5. Public Transit Data Sources

The timetables, stop data, and other public transit data used by the App are based on GTFS data published by each transit operator (under CC BY 4.0 or the Public Data License 1.0). Details of the sources are listed in the App under "Settings → Data Sources." This data is bundled with the App and does not require any external communication when used.

6. App Permissions

The main permissions the App requires on Android devices are:

• Location (approximate and precise): used to display your current location and find nearby stops (see Section 3)
• Internet access: used to retrieve map tiles (Section 4) and communicate with Firebase (Section 2)

The App does not request access to your microphone, camera, contacts, call logs, or any other personal information on your device.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be revised as features are added or changed. If significant changes are made, we will notify users in the App or in the store listing.
