しらかわるーむ（以下「当方」）は、スマートフォンアプリ「SORAWATARI – Star Myths」（Android版・iOS版）（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 取得する情報と利用目的
本アプリは、以下の端末機能を利用します。いずれも本アプリの機能を提供するためにのみ使用し、端末の外部に送信することはありません。
カメラ
空にかざしたカメラ映像の上に星座を重ねて表示するために使用します。カメラ映像は画面に表示するだけで、撮影・保存・送信は行いません。
位置情報
現在地から見える星座の位置を計算するために、緯度・経度を使用します。位置情報は端末内で計算に使用するのみで、保存・送信は行いません。位置情報の利用を許可しない場合は、熊本市を基準位置として星座を表示します。
センサー（加速度・地磁気・ジャイロ）
端末の向きを判定し、その方向にある星座を表示するために使用します。
2. 個人情報の収集について
本アプリは、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの個人を特定できる情報を収集しません。また、利用者のアカウント登録を必要としません。
3. 端末内に保存する情報
言語設定・表示設定・チュートリアル表示済みの記録を端末内に保存します。これらは本アプリをアンインストールすると削除されます。
4. 第三者への提供
当方は、利用者の情報を第三者に提供しません。
5. アプリ内課金について
本アプリの一部機能（占い）は有料です。課金処理は Android版では Google Play、iOS版では App Store の決済システムを通じて行われ、当方がクレジットカード情報等を取得することはありません。決済に関する情報の取り扱いは、それぞれ Google のプライバシーポリシー・Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
6. 使用しているデータ・技術
- 星・星座線データ：d3-celestial（BSD-3-Clause License）
- 日本語読み上げ音声：VOICEVOX:ずんだもん
- 磁気偏角の計算：国土地理院の近似式
- 英語読み上げ：端末に搭載された音声合成機能
7. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、法令の変更や本アプリの機能追加に伴い、予告なく変更することがあります。変更後のポリシーは本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

Privacy Policy – SORAWATARI: Star Myths
Shirakawa Room ("we") sets out below how user information is handled in the smartphone app "SORAWATARI – Star Myths" (Android and iOS) ("the App").
1. Information used and purposes
The App uses the following device features. All are used solely to provide the App's functions and are never transmitted outside the device.
Camera – to overlay constellations on the live view of the sky. The camera image is only displayed on screen; it is not captured, stored, or transmitted.
Location – latitude and longitude are used to calculate which constellations are visible from your position. Location is used only for this calculation and is not stored or transmitted. If location permission is not granted, the App uses Kumamoto City, Japan as the reference position.
Sensors (accelerometer, magnetometer, gyroscope) – to determine the direction the device is pointing.
2. Personal information
The App does not collect personally identifiable information such as name, e-mail address, or phone number, and does not require an account.
3. Data stored on the device
Language, display preferences, and whether the tutorial has been shown are stored on the device. They are deleted when the App is uninstalled.
4. Third parties
We do not provide user information to any third party.
5. In-app purchases
Some features (Fortune) are paid. Payments are processed by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS); we never receive credit card or other payment details. Payment data is handled under Google's Privacy Policy or Apple's Privacy Policy respectively.

- Japanese narration: VOICEVOX:Zundamon
- Magnetic declination: approximation formula by the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan
- English narration: the device's built-in text-to-speech

This policy may be changed without notice due to legal changes or new App features. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
